Replacement Policy:
1- To replace a product, it is required that the product is in good condition and the consumer has not used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if they wish to replace the product. In international replacements, the consumer bears the full cost of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured according to the consumer's request or specifications, except for products with defects or those that deviated from the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's mishandling.
Return Policy:
1- The consumer is not entitled to return the product.
